Why would a patient need to undergo a root canal procedure? A root canal is done in order to repair nerves in one or more teeth that have become infected. Tooth decay or a dental fracture can create a vulnerability that can lead to the pulp inside your teeth to become diseased. Swollen gums, tooth sensitivity or any pain can be a sign that a root canal may be in your future.

But don’t worry, the procedure is simple and completed by one of our highly trained dentists. The tooth canals can either be capped off with a dental filling or a dental crown.
